I'll briefly show you how to disassemble the motor of a ZELMER AQVAWELT 1600W vacuum cleaner. To do this, you'll need to make a jig for pressing out the impeller. To make the jig, you first need to partially disassemble it. To do this, thoroughly heat the glue joints with a heat gun (where the pins from the impeller housing fit into the rectangular grooves in the armature housing) for 15-20 minutes. I don't have a heat gun, so I used a gas torch. Just be careful not to get too close to the flame to avoid melting the plastic housing. Heat slowly and for a long time (try 60-70 degrees Celsius by hand) until the glue softens. Then, gently pry it out a little at a time with a screwdriver. If it doesn't work, heat it longer. Then, follow the steps in the video. Once the stator is removed, you'll be able to see everything and easily take measurements for making the jig. I showed you the shape of the jig.
