One of the biggest highlights of the day was watching the demolition derby, which brought the noise, the chaos, and exactly the kind of wild fair energy you hope for when you show up to an event like this. We also hit some rides in the midway, took in the atmosphere, and did some shopping while making our way across the fairgrounds. It was one of those days where there was always something happening around the next corner.
