Many things have changed over the years, and this channel has been a therapeutic space in which I could be myself, track my growth, and meet amazing people around the world. I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression my entire life; I just wasn’t diagnosed till my early 20’s. In 2014, on a complete whim, I started this YouTube Channel. After the loss of my mom in 2017, I went through some mental and physical health struggles.
