System Shock 2 100% walkthrough on impossible

There's plenty of SS2 walkthroughs, runs and let's plays on youtube, so I added a twist to this one. The rules are: death is permanent. No loading saves and no resurrection chambers. standard weapons (including wrench) and OSA skills are forbidden. The only two weapons used are the laser pistol and the grenade launcher. must find all the 875 cyber modules and all the audio logs. It's not a speedrun, but I tried to be quick.
