News: Edge Lane Retail Park commences its £100m redevelopment to create Liverpool Shopping Park

Edge Lane Retail Park has commenced its £100m redevelopment with an appointment of a contractor to deliver the project. The Derwent Group, the sites owner, has appointed Caddick Construction to create the new retail and leisure destination, which will be known as Liverpool Shopping Park. The new scheme will transform the site into a thriving fashion and lifestyle-led retail development, delivering multiple regeneration benefits for the local community and wider city region including the creation of more than 3,000 jobs.
