It's a voice rooted in sonic purity and rendered with a vibrant, deeply resonant, and totally unconstricted sound - like an acoustic instrument. Every note is round and full, with intense clarity and vivid dynamics. Mark Bartel builds every amplifier himself at his Baltimore craft shop, working to the absolute highest standards of craftsmanship. Mr. Bartel crafts the cabinetry himself from fine solid woods, assemble and wire all of the electronics on handmade turret boards, and even fabricate many custom parts such as knobs and other appointments. The Signature Series consists of three models: the 12W Sugarland, the 28W Starwood, and the 45W Roseland. These three models are very different from the designs Mark has done in the past and are loaded with innovation, artistry, and craftsmanship for a uniquely pure, natural, and resonant sound. In this video, Ray Kainz demonstrates the the 28 watt Starwood and the 45 watt Roseland models. Ray uses a Retrospec guitar made by Tom Bartlett and has ThroBak SLE-101 MXV pickups. Ray goes back and forth between the Starwood and the Roseland. The name of whichever amp is being played will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen. All specifications displayed apply to both models except for wattage rating. BARTEL AMPS AT AUSTIN GUITAR HOUSE https://austinguitarhouse.com/amps/ba...
