You'll work on communication, ticketing, SLA management, and handling real client scenarios — the stuff interviews actually test you on. And Module 5? That's your moment. A full capstone project — breach simulations, SOC challenges, live shadowing with engineers, mock interviews, and resume + LinkedIn polish. You leave ready to apply with confidence.
