American Reacts to Wood Fire Veal Rack on Aussie Farm

Wood Fire Veal Rack Cooking with Volk was such a treat for me. Ummm… why have I never had veal rack before?! Haha. Getting to see some of the best veal raised in the Aussie mountains on a farm and then cooked over an open wood fire looked absolutely incredible. The process, the setting, and the final result had me hooked the whole time. As an American who loves good food and farm-to-table cooking, this video made me want to experience it in person.
