Our first Belted Galloway bull arrives on the farm. #beltedgallowaybull

we bought home a stud Belted Galloway bull to start our breeding program. 2 of our cows are now 2 1/2 years old and ready to breed. We have a 5 year old cow, Panda, who is still rearing a calf, Uzuri, that I’ll join to Tex a bit later. The other heifer ,Spelza, is slower maturing & just a little on the small side who will be held back from Tex. There’s going to be lot of juggling of animals & paddocks to work out. I’m glad l was able to finish off the fencing of the back paddock to help with the rotational grazing.
