Layered Potatoes casserole, Hungarian Style - Rakott Krumpli

Welcome to my channel! In this video I am making , a layered potato Hungarian style. This dish is so delicious even if you only use potatoes,boiled eggs and sour cream. Ingredients: 1 1/2 kg Potatoes (boiled them skin on ) choose about same sized one 8 Eggs for layering (hard boiled) and 2 egg yolks for the sour cream mixture. 20 dkg smoked sausage (any type you like) 2 oz about 6 dgk prosciutto sliced 2 frankfurter sliced 15 dkg smoked bacon chopped 15 dkg good ham (sliced) 50 dkg sour cream 2 Tbsp butter (for the baking pan) Black pepper salt I like my potatoes with extra sour cream on top and with fresh bread.
