CÓMO ES LA CASA DE MARADONA | El lugar donde Diego fue feliz

We visited the Casa de D10s, Diego Armando Maradona's first home, shortly after launching his soccer career. The young star first set foot in this house, located at Lascano 2257, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of La Paternal, on November 7, 1978. Diego arrived accompanied by his family and officials from Argentinos Juniors, the club that gifted him the property and saw him take his first steps in professional soccer. Diego had debuted in the First Division two years earlier and turned 18 a week earlier. The rest is history. The truth is that, like everything Maradona touched in his life, this place is a must-see for fans. That's why, in 2015, the house became a museum, and a year later, the Buenos Aires City Legislature declared it a historical heritage site. Today, the Casa de D10s welcomes visitors from all over the world. There you can tour the footballer's living room, kitchen, and bedroom, as well as the sanctuary where fans leave donations and mementos to keep his memory alive.
