According to Lola, to get info for the location where the Butterfly Effect is at, we need two separate passwords. One of them is situated at Data Center Alpha So we get to work. We move in, battle foes and reach the end. Unfortunately, another Falcon is expecting us. This is Bakto, The Leonian Tempest. He's the de-facto don of a crime family. Unfortunately, in-fighting caused the mob to be weakened causing Sumeragi to swoop in. To protect his crew, he chooses to become a Falcon. He has the Spiral Septima, letting him unleash mass torrents of energy. He's a nasty piece of work as he can strike hard with his attacks such as Spiral Fang, Drill Assault, Tempest Fist and Lion Storm. His SP skill is one you should be wary, the Sonic Spiral (Twin Shell Spiral Rock Drill aka Souryou Ragansen). It causes him to summon huge drills of spiral energy from both sides of the room. One right, one left. In the end, they collide with another unleashing a torrent of spiral energy. His weakness is the Shroud Spear so you'll have to rely on your skill to win. You get the Rising Cyclone EX Weapon for beating him.
