Trump says the Iran conflict is effectively over and claims a major agreement has been reached. The problem is that Iran's own officials appear divided on whether such a deal actually exists. While diplomats hint that negotiations are making progress, the IRGC is publicly casting doubt on Trump's claims. At the same time, military exchanges continue, Israel is worried Washington may compromise too much, and tensions around Hormuz remain high. The result is a bizarre situation where everyone is talking about peace, but nobody seems entirely sure what has been agreed.
