Yes, because preparing them is quick and easy, and I will give the remaining free time to my family! Lazy pies: -1 egg 1 teaspoon sugar 0.5 teaspoon salt *** shake with a whisk 500 ml warm kefir 300-400 grams of flour (add gradually) *** the dough should be thick 1 teaspoon of soda (without a slide) * mix the dough well, cover with a towel for 10 minutes. Filling: 5 boiled eggs (crushed with a masher) green onion salt to taste ground black pepper ***In a frying pan – vegetable oil. I spoon the pancakes into the pan. I scoop the filling into a spoon, place it in the center of the pancake, and cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes. After that, I cover the filling with dough (about half a spoon), turn it over, and cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes. *** I place the finished “pies” on a paper towel. 2) Experimental method: Combine the remaining filling with the remaining dough.
