Sinus disease, 'sinus pain' and headaches
Prof Raewyn Campbell gives a great lecture sorting out the variety of causes of headache and facial pain/pressure.......most of which is unrelated to sinus disease. This is such an important topic as mucosal changes are common on radiology (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34340...) but are rarely the cause for facial pain or headache.
