Christopher Porco | A Mother’s Story Changed Everything

In November of 2004, Joan and Peter Porco were brutally attacked while they slept. They were both struck several times in the head with an ax, and before Peter succumbed to his injuries, he attempted to complete his morning routine. Joan, who survived her injuries, indicated by a nod of her head to the police that her youngest son, Christopher, was the person who attacked her and her husband. However, after her recovery, she stated that she had no memory of that night, but was absolutely certain that her son had not killed his father nor attempted to kill her. Despite this, Christopher Porco was found guilty of the attack based solely on circumstantial evidence.
