Bay City Rollers Meet the Saturday Superstars (moldy tape) 9/8/78

This is from a Quasar VX-format tape but not typical of the format's quality. This tape had mold and would not run properly at first, I was able to fast forward to the end and rewind which got rid of the visible mold and at least run smoothly through the machine. I of course gave the machine a good cleaning afterwards. I have played Beta and VHS tapes with mold with similar results, all of them had irreplaceable material. This was an hourlong prime-time special on Friday September 8th 1978 promoting the next morning's Saturday kids' lineup on NBC. NBC of course was the first network to get rid of Saturday kids' shows in favor of the Saturday Today Show.
