Ingredients 1 dry yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 200 ml of milk 200 ml of water 1 egg + 1 egg white 200 ml seed oil 900 g flour A little salt FETA (White Cheese) Sesame seeds Implementation Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and milk. Add the egg, egg white, seed oil and mix well. Add about half the flour in a bowl, a little salt and mix. Slowly incorporate the remaining flour until it becomes a dough. Cover it with a towel in a floured form and let it rest for 30 minutes. When it is ready, shape it slightly and divide it into 26 balls. Οpen the dough balls (watch video), and at one end we place white cheese. Wrap them in rolls and close the ends well. We roll two rolls and combine them like a bun. We give it a bun shape and place it in a pan with non-stick paper. Spread them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius, until their color turn to golden -brown.
