This Broken GameCube Lives Again

I bought this Nintendo GameCube with a broken disc drive from ebay, and when it arrived, the shell was sticky and was filthy inside and out. So in this video, I set out to give it a second chance with a sympathetic restoration and install the opensource, solderless picoloader so we can play games. Which GameCube mod should I try next?
