We traveled from our home in Amsterdam to Edinburgh, Scotland to spend a whirlwind 36 hours in this vibrant city! Some of our must-visit spots included the Edinburgh Castle, the oldest pub in the city (allegedly) for some Scottish pub food, some AMAZING scones, and, of course, a trip to this city wouldn't be complete without an underground ghost tour. It would be easy to spend a week in this charming town but we were still able to see and experience quite a lot in just a short amount of time.
