Existing protective fungicides are highly effective, but heavy rain every summer can wash them away, hindering their effectiveness. In this case, mixing in a pre-wetting agent and spraying before the rain helps the pre-wetting agent adhere to the crop, preventing it from being washed away. Furthermore, while most pesticides are effective for only 10 days, mixing in a pre-wetting agent (Care's), as explained in the video, extends the effectiveness for up to 15 days, making pest control easier.
