LIGHTNING STRIKES MY JET - American B777-300ER Economy | London Heathrow - Los Angeles | Trip Report

I've never experienced lightning striking the plane I'm sitting in so that was an interesting experience! Very cool sight indeed, though might be a bit scary for some..😨I don't think anyone on the aircraft really noticed, it was during the climb phase and could have been perceived as turbulence. Lightning strike is at minute 13:29 The rest of the flight was sunny and smooth, though I probably won't choose to fly American's Boeing 777 fleet in main cabin economy again as its too cramped, only the 787 for me in the future..
