Whirlpool Rain Oculus Singapore || The Gigantic Rain Collector || Giant Drain art in Singapore This whirlpool shaped like a bowl it is 22m wide and 5.2 m deep. The rainwater is recycled bank to the Whirlpool and fills a canal inside to the mall. At top stream rates, there are 30,000 liters per minute falling through the chamber and 200 tons of water whirling around within the bowl. Extensive prototyping and engineering went into integrating the artwork into the structural and mechanical systems of the building.
