In this video, 1️⃣ How to restore a burnt stainless steel pan 2️⃣ When to use sodium percarbonate and BarKeeper: Effectiveness Guidelines 3️⃣ How to preheat your stainless steel pan to use it like a non-stick pan We'll cover everything. 🥣 Ingredients and Preparation Sodium percarbonate (alkaline cleaner) BarKeeper (acidic cleaner) Warm water Magic sponge Rubber gloves, exhaust fan 🧼 Stainless Steel Pan Maintenance Step 1. Boil sodium percarbonate – to remove stubborn stains (10-15 minutes on low heat) Step 2. Wash with Barkeeper for 1 minute – to remove rainbow stains and water stains (gloves required) Step 3. Wipe in the direction of the grain – to restore shine without leaving any remaining scratches Step 4. Finish with a magic sponge – to completely remove any remaining stains Step 5. Rinse and dry – to remove all detergent residue 🔎 Principles of Cleaning Stainless Steel Pans Oil and food residue → Acidic stains → Remove with *alkaline (sodium percarbonate)* Rainbow stains and water stains → Alkaline stains → Remove with *acid (Barkeeper, vinegar, citric acid)* 👉 Just remember: "Clean the opposite of the stain." ⚠️ Precautions Never mix with bleach (risk of generating toxic gases) Ventilation, gloves, and masks are essential Use sodium percarbonate and Bar Keeper only once every two to three months. 💡 A word to the Bob Gangpae family: Stainless steel pans never betray you.
