As I mentioned, I recommend cutting the vegetables small so they cook properly. If you cut them too large, they won't cook well and will remain hard. Place the vegetables in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir and place in the air fryer at 190ºC for 20 minutes. Now remove the vegetables and place them in a glass or similar oven-safe dish. Add the tomato and paprika, mix well, and return them to the air fryer on the "Air Fry" setting at 190ºC for 10 minutes. Once ready, crack a couple of eggs over the vegetables and return to the air fryer at 190ºC for 4 minutes. We hope you enjoyed it and we're sending you lots of super "tight" kisses 😘 😘 😘 😘.
