What is Building Acoustics?
Building acoustics concerns the level of acoustic comfort for the occupants of buildings. The majority of building acoustic measurements are performed in conformance with ISO 16283 that defines measurement procedures of sound insulation in buildings. In this one hour webinar the Svantek team will cover a range of topics including the governing standards and ultimately the importance of testing. We will also discuss and provide in depth information on topics such as how to perform airborne and structure borne sound insulation tests, as well as how to interpret the results. This webinar aims to cover the what, how and why of building acoustics!
