While I researched the literature, I found no studies supporting this, but it does sound plausible. Since it's something you can try at home, rather than requiring medication or additional procedures, I recommend it, assuming it's not too strenuous. However, while looking for research that could support our recommendation, I found that the results of Double IUI, which involves two consecutive IUIs in one cycle, might offer some clues as to whether natural pregnancy attempts before and after the procedure are effective.
