After I did my video telling viewers how to trick common battery chargers into charging very dead batteries, I stumbled on this little buy from NOCO. NOCO claims that, unlike other chargers, theirs will charge car batteries discharged all the way down to below 1 volt! Let's test it! I'm also going to talk about why hot rodders may want this little charger in their garage.
