U.S. President Donald Trump joined global leaders on Monday at the Group of Seven summit at a French lakeside resort. Trump was met at the G7 summit in Evian-les-Bains by Emmanuel Macron's chief of protocol ahead of a bilateral meeting with the French president. According to a prior planning document, Macron had been due to welcome Trump himself. The memorandum of understanding aiming to end the war in the Gulf has already been signed, Vice President JD Vance said Monday morning on “Good Morning America”.
