“We Felt There Was Something More” | 2 Young Men and a Young Woman Find Orthodoxy In this episode of America Goes Orthodox, two young men and a young woman share their journey to the Orthodox Church. Two came from Catholic backgrounds and one from a Protestant background, but all of them felt spiritually that something was missing — that there had to be something deeper, fuller, and more true. After sincerely searching and praying for guidance, they believe God led them to Orthodoxy. The young woman also shares that before she knew much about Orthodoxy, she began having recurring dreams of Orthodox nuns, which inspired her to start learning more about the Orthodox faith. Today, they are baptized Orthodox Christians and describe their joy as finding a hidden treasure — just as Christ speaks about in the Gospel. These are real conversations about faith, searching, prayer, and discovering the beauty of the ancient Christian Church.
