Sonex Build - Turtledeck Preparation

What a fun assembly! In this video I prepare the parts needed to complete the turtledeck assembly, which will finish the tail cone box of my aft fuselage on my Sonex B aircraft kit. Stay tuned for the second part of this video, where I complete the entire assembly. In the video, you'll notice a 3D printed fixture that I designed to ensure a couple of Former Clips are bent at the correct spots and angles. I used 3mm walls when I sliced it. And you'll also need to use your slicer software to print it mirrored for the opposite side as well.
