Mix and set aside. #2 Add the base to the mold and return the base to the container. #3 Add the walnuts in a sprinkle. In the semi-wet mold of the same base... vertically, freeze for 3 minutes in the ice cream maker. #4 Once the walls of the mold are glued and frozen, add the remaining base and let it semi-freeze. Ingredients - • 3/4 Kilo Mamey Pulp • 2 and 1/2 Liters Ice Cream Base • 1 Liter Whole Milk (red cap) • Strawberry Red and Orange Yellow to taste to give the Mamey color. PREPARATION - #1 Blend the Mamey Pulp with the gallon of milk. #2 Add to the Preparation Container. Add the Base Cream. #3 Add the two colors to taste and mix. Add the mixture to the mold and freeze.
