Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tsp brown sugar. 1/2 tsp nutmeg. 1 red onion. 4 cloves garlic. Chilli pepper (optional). 2 oz (50 g) spinach. 5 oz (150 ml) cream. 3 oz (100 g) cherry tomatoes. For the salad: Chinese cabbage. 1 carrot. 2 cucumbers. 3 oz (100 g) corn. Bell pepper. Juice of 1/2 lemon. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp pepper. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 2 tbsp olive oil.
