花沢城（焼津市）へ行ってきました　攻めるの大変そうです

This is the site of Hanazawa Castle in Yaizu. Originally an Imagawa castle, it became a Takeda castle after Takeda Shingen attacked the Imagawa, who had declined after the Battle of Okehazama. It's said that Shingen traveled down what is now National Route 52, crossed the Satta Pass from the direction of Mount Fuji, and conquered Sunpu. This castle isn't particularly large, but it's said that it took Shingen a month to capture it, so I climbed up to see for myself. Mountain castles are difficult to attack, aren't they?
