This time we visited Tultepec, a municipality that is part of the Zumpango region. Our experience was pleasant, but I was surprised that sports venues required permission to film. I wasn't aware of that. I don't know if it's because of the crime rate, as I recently learned that many businesses are extorted by the mafia.
