Infrastructure is a crucial factor influencing a region's economic growth. Therefore, during his tenure as Regent, H. Ruhimat continuously strived to build the infrastructure needed by the community. Amidst budget constraints due to COVID-19, Kang Jimat worked to build various roads, including in the northern region of Subang. As a demonstration of his commitment to the expansion of North Subang Regency, Kang Jimat also built an official residence in Sukasari District during his administration. The North Subang Expansion Presidium assessed that H. Ruhimat possessed the good will and political will to realize the expansion of North Subang Regency, which is why Kang Jimat is also known as the Father of North Subang Expansion.
