You fell. You tried in front of everyone and didn't make it. This morning prayer is for you. "Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light." Micah 7:8 — This is not a promise that you will never fall. It is a promise that the fall is not the end. In this morning prayer, you will declare that your rising has already been decided — not by your own strength, but by the Lord who comes down to where you fell. You don't have to climb up to God. He comes to you. There is no fall that undoes what God has built in you. There is no darkness where His light doesn't arrive first. You tried. You fell.
