How to Replace Gauge Cluster & Heater Control Panel Light Bulbs - 1991 Honda Civic Wagon

Pretty easy install and only a few tools are needed to complete this job. My heater control panel lights were both burned out and I had 3 bulbs out inside the gauge cluster. It was annoying not being able to see the heater controls as I use them frequently since the weather has changed. I did not want to use LEDs because some of them do not have the same light direction as a stock bulb and can look odd inside the cluster or control panel.
