“Extremely disappointed and disturbed by the unprofessional behavior I encountered at the kochi KTM padivattom service center 😡The head of the service center resorted to using abusive 🤬language when I raised a valid complaint regarding my bike . The argument was started by him saying that I need to visit KTM india for my bike complaints He used the word ‘Poda myre’ 🫢🤬within his Offcial ktm uniform in front of every staff !! He was not supposed say this kind of words towards any customer at any kind of situations , His Name is Manu Mohan (95678 67175) Its sad that this guy take care of all the service related complaints and his name nd number displayed in all Kochi’s showrooms for solutions🤣 (just imaging KTM owners avastha here ! 🥲) If their service head behaving like this , then what about the rest 😡 I found both inappropriate and disrespectful. Not only did the service head manu use offensive words, but few staff members also attempted physical 😖intimidation towards me. It You can see in the video This kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I’m reaching out to @KTMIndia for support and hoping to bring attention to this serious issue. I’d appreciate your support in bringing about a positive change. I sharing the video for the proof the incident I know many of other guys might faced similar situations from the service center kindly share your bad experiences and tag Ktm india for their attention Please note👇 I had many previous service related issues with the Ktm, but I never done a video but this incident was unacceptable. That’s why I am sharing this video to the public. I am not blaming KTM for this issue ! They are one of my fav motorcycle brand but their service center in kochi.
