From the sahasrára to the anáhata [mid-point of the chest], there are certain plexi, and one’s mind is to be concentrated on one of them according to one’s saḿskára [reaction in potentiality], or according to necessity. If human beings want to do ávarta kiirtana(1) after hearing a spiritual discourse, it will be good if they concentrate their minds on the sahasrára cakra.
