A 1895s Cape for Autumn/Halloween - The Ripple Cape Collar.
I made this cape inspired by an original one I found in The Delineator. I changed the motif and the collar, as you'll see, since I didn't like the idea to have a cape with fur (and I had no faux fur in my stash). This is why I made my own trim and embellishments.
