Thank you very much. ■Specifications Height: 600mm Width: 325mm Depth: 334mm Combination of front-loaded horn and bass reflex Exterior finished with cherry veneer Horn finished with Honduran mahogany veneer (neither of which are stained, only clear coated) The original material is all "laminated plywood" ■Steps to Make Front Loaded Horn Speakers 00:00 Wood Selection Cut slightly larger than the finished dimensions. 1:20 The adhesive is water-based emulsion. It tends to cause poor adhesion if it is too thick. 2:03 Lamination Laminate "veneer plywood" on both sides of the core plywood. 3:47 Press with woodworking press machine. Laminating the plywood increases both strength and accuracy. 4:20 Cut to exact dimensions. 5:18 Finish the edges. 6:47 Cut veneer for the horn. The mahogany veneer for the horn is thick and not backed. 9:50 Press the veneer. 12:07 Cut the baffle board. 12:31 Cut circles with a circle cutter. 14:57 Assembled horn. 15:19 Biscuit joint. Glue alone is enough to provide sufficient strength. 17:12 Assembly The press for this assembly is powerful. 17:55 Finishing Wipe the entire surface with water and then adjust with fine paper. Moistening with water restores fine scratches. 19:18 Completion.
