[Openbve] South Island Line S-train from Redditch to New Cross Gate

East London line at London are quite similar as South Island Line where trains will enter the short station and before train enter the station, trains will required to slow down to 30km/h. It's other than the rest of route where trains will stop at about 60 or 70km/h. The trains is absolutely easier to control, accelerate and decelerate as well.
