Starr gives birth to a baby. Viki, Dorian, Marcie, Blair, Cole and Langston are at the hospital. Viki and Dorian have a few exchanges that allow Viki to consider that Tess is repeating history and holding Natalie and Jared hostage in a secret room at Llanfair. Tess is at the vineyard and gives birth to a baby as she imagines Viki's alternate personality, Niki Smith, there with her to assist in the delivery.
