They are not only part of the global lifestyle but also serve as the backbone of the economies of many countries around the world. For example, these vast tea plantations produce various tea derivatives, such as green tea, black tea, oolong tea, and herbal tea. Meanwhile, based on presentation, tea is divided into loose tea and tea bags. Another interesting aspect is that the economic value of tea is not only enjoyed by tea-producing countries with vast plantations, but also by tea-consuming countries without plantations at all, such as the UK, the Netherlands, and Ireland. Although these countries are among the 20 countries with the highest per capita tea consumption in the world, they do not have their own tea plantations. However, they do have renowned local tea bag products that dominate the market.
