2025 Point in Time Count: Homelessness in San Diego NBC 05.20.2025
The San Diego Rescue Mission joined this year’s annual Point in Time (PIT) Count, and the latest numbers have just been released. They show a 6.6% drop in overall homelessness across San Diego County. While unsheltered families and veterans have seen major declines, senior homelessness continues to rise, with 1 in 3 unsheltered individuals now over age 55
