Topsoil Screener SLG 78VF-5 Screening Soil and Rocks

DeSite SLG 78VF-5 Topsoil Screener introduced in 2017. The screen deck is 80" x 52". It comes with a 3600 RPM Vibratory Pack, Cantilevered Screen Deck Suspension and an optional removable riser box. It is designed for skidsteers, compact wheel loaders, and compact to mid-sized excavators. The screener handles both wet and dry material. There are a variety of available meshes in different sizes. The final product ranges from large to small depending on the mesh. This video demonstrates how to use a soil screener. Mixed material is dumped from the bucket at the top of the screener. Material hits the vibrating mesh and starts to separate into various sizes. Larger sized material continues down the screen while smaller material falls through the screen to the collection area. The optional riser box raises the height of the screener. More final material can collected in one go when a riser box is used. Two machines can be placed side by side and will produce up to 4 final products when different size meshes are used. This screening machine will turn waste into profit. It will produce between 15 and 30 yards per hour. The end of the video shows the high quality of the final product. The screener will produce final product such as compost, loam, topsoil, sand, rock and more depending on the starting product.
