SA Medical Association concerned about qualified doctors in public health posts being unemployed
The SA Medical Association says it is concerned that at least 800 qualified doctors remain unemployed due to budget constraints in the Health Department. This is amid a shortage of doctors in public hospitals. Some medical unions say qualified doctors are leaving the country because there are no jobs.
