Random Battles with Kuroshio in WoWs Blitz. Kuroshio is the 3rd Kagerō class destroyer in the game if I am not mistaken (after Kagerō and Amatsukaze). I played some games with the rental version and Kuroshio is a solid torpedo boat. It has better torpedo reload than the other ships in the class, and it also has a useless Air Defense Alert skill which can help to shoot down some planes, but that's all.
