Ethos of the Royal Armoured Corps
A video made by HQ RAC with the British soldier and military historian, (Brigadier) Richard Holmes that describes the ethos of the Royal Armoured Corps. What continues to make cavalry and tank soldiers special? What is the enduring nature of the armoured wing of the UK's combat forces? From 2013, the three Armoured Regiments of the British Army are now the Queen's Royal Hussars (QRH), the King's Royal Hussars (KRH) and the Royal Tank Regiment (RTR). They are all supported by the Royal Wessex Yeomanry, an Army Reserve unit providing armoured resilience to the armoured elements of the Reactive Force.
